It's as good as it gets for a beach side, private RV park. The spaces are large, level, with fine gravel and raked between campers. There is a good view of the Morro rock, but not of the beach. It's an easy walk to the beach. No pool, spa, or playground, and it's a drive to restaurants. I would definitely go here again if I travel to Morro Bay: but I wish there was better.

It was nice and I would stay again, but I really wish there was something better. The campground was very clean, fully paved and landscaped, with all back-in sites, easy to maneuver. There are no activities, no pool, no spa, no playground, no activity room. It is a long walk to the ocean, best to drive in the tow car. It is central to the bay, equal distance to Monterey and Santa Cruz, about 30 miles each way. It would make a good base camp, and many rigs stayed for just one night. Wi-Fi works best close to the office, and Verizon air card only gets 2 bars, making service slow.

This is definitely a family park, with parents and grandparents traveling with children of all ages, and their friends. It was common to walk by a group of 4 RV units with 4 or 5 tents forming a community campsite. The RV next to me had 10 bicycles to accommodate the group. Daytime sponsored activities included and castle building, field games, and evening karrioki. If you are looking for a quiet spot by the ocean, this is not a place for you. The park was a clean as a beach side park could be, with security and plenty of staff. I listed the rate at $99 but with all fees it was $103 a night. We went with our 7 year old granddaughter and had a great time. I would not go here with just my wife.

The spots are large, easy to maneuver, and clean. The staff is very helpful. When asked to clear our spot of sand from an evening rainstorm, a crew got to work immediately. We were entertaining our two granddaughters, and found the pool spotless, and full of friendly children. A second large pool is reserved for adults 18 or older. The sandy beach around the pool is good for hours of fun with sand toys. The coffee shop on the grounds is not much to boast about, but adequate, and the children will welcome. We make this park our base camp when we go to Las Vegas, and we were not disappointed this time.

Although the park was lovely, the attitude of the staff made the visit miserable. They were rude when our group of 4 people arrived. At 10pm the night worker came by and said we should use "library voices" as we were too loud. Our neighbors said the same thing happened to their group the previous day. Later, the same man shook our tent and told us to talk lower, even though we were not loud, and there were no complaints from our neighbors. I certainly would not recommend this park to groups of any size, family outings, or to anyone who wishes to have a good time.

Good place to stop for a night or two on the way to Rocky Point or Tucson. Very large spots, can hold the largest rig and trailer without a problem. Great view of the night sky. Clean level gravel spots. Not much else. It was our second choice going South, but it turned out to be a good choice for getting our group together. Would stay here again.

We stayed at a premium plus site, thus the extra cost. Concrete pad, well kept grass, fresh flowers, spotlessly clean pool and spa, and pet friendly. Less expensive sites were also nice, just a bit further from the pool, and crushed stone, not concrete, no flowers. They have a casual restaurant/snack bar, and Ellen's, a dinner from the 40's is within walking distance. I plan to go there again just to get away.

The very large staff were working very hard to keep up and improve the campground. A new restroom was just built by the Cabins. The pool was clean enclosed and warm and the two spas were clean and hot. Sites are shaded by full grown trees, and all spots were fresh gravel and level. The staff were helpful, and were knowledgeable of the area. We were traveling as a group with two motorhomes and a camping cabin.

The park was clean sandy gravel in the desert. It is not near town, nor is it near the river. It was a clean stop for the night with easy access to the freeway. I would rate it as a place to stop for the night.

This is a true RV resort. A large sports club with first class equipment, nice pool and spa, and good restaurant, all make this a resort facility. We have stayed here before, and we are returning for a week at the end of this trip.

Very clean, level, easy access. Clean warm pool and clean hot spa. Some long term spots but all were kept clean. I would stay again either overnight or for a few days.

The spots are level gravel, long, but very narrow. With both sides out, there is only 3 ft between coaches. There is not enough room to put out the awning. The playground is old and the bare essentials, a swing and tetertoter. The indoor pool and spa are old but clean. Highway 10 is about 100 yards away, and night noise is significant. The park is host to tours, and if the tour is leaving in the morning noise starts at 6am.

Clean level paved sites with grassy areas. Nice place to park and visit Disneyland. Nothing for children, so plan it as a place to sleep. School next door, some traffic noise, and a train not far enough away. All in all a pleasant place and I would stay again to visit Disney.
